No surprises if this is accurate.

It is impossible for me to see bobsledding and not immediately start hearing “Jamaica we have a bobsled team” being sung in my head. Cool Runnings forever.

My home has become a “cozy trap” per Google.

I just walked in the door and realized I felt relief but also tired as soon as I walked in. My body and mind went to “home=recliner=do nothing” and I felt myself get lazy immediately.

Now to figure out how to change it.

I am rarely stirred up from sermons these days, but after Pastor Rachael’s message this morning on Micah 6:1-8 I am wondering where are our Bonhoeffers, our Barths, and our Confessing Church? Where are our Corrie Ten Booms?

The embarrassment our country has become is staggering. The fascism that is taking over is disgusting. We are a country losing all love for humanity.

AND IF YOU ARE A CHRISTIAN THAT SUPPORTS WHAT IS HAPPENING YOU HAVE COMPLETELY MISSED THE GOSPEL.

All while the White House tweets pictures of our president walking with a penguin in Greenland because he wants to take it over.

Our country is in disarray right now. ICE running around killing and creating mayhem. Families destroyed. Politicians using phrases mirroring the Nazi ideology in WW2.

We can share videos, soundbites, and statements on both sides all we want, but until people are actually willing to listen to an opinion not their own what is the point? Many seem to have decided already what they are okay with.

Most people that know me probably know where I stand, but all in all I do not share a lot of political views online. Those that agree with me probably would say I do not share enough. Those that disagree with me probably say I share too much.

Did you not learn from what just happened [when Renee Good was killed]?" "Learn what?" the driver asked. "I serve the Lord, not a draft-dodging coward. I can't believe you'd take orders from a draft dodger."

it's incredible how if you put this entire dialog into the Left Behind series, it would basically work, but instead it's just IRL MN

CBS just played Goo Goo Dolls “January Friend” when they cut to commercial during the Jags game. Not only is this a song hardly anyone knows from Dizzy Up The Girl, but it's sung by the bassist, who probably very few know ever takes lead. What a wild choice!

They’re a quiet Facebook behemoth, so this is good.

If ICE agents can’t operate without masks and no IDs, maybe the problem isn’t California, it’s whatever you’re trying to hide.
