Mashed Purple Sweet Potato in black bowl next to onion, mushroom, cherry tomato, and sausage mixture cooking in pan. Potatoes steamed in pan until easily pierced with fork. Pealed then mashed with butter, garlic, and grilling seasoning

Black Bowl filled with purple sweet potatoes and sausage,onion, mushroom, cherry tomato mixture. In same pan leftover water used to boil mostly covered mushroom and sausage. Allowed to cook until water halfway reduced. Removed sausage and added onion, lard, and white wine. Cooked covered until onions are light brown. Added cherry tomatoes and garlic. Cooked covered until tomatoes burst then added MSG. Added sausages back to brown a bit. Topped on to sweet potatoes then deglazed pan with white wine. Glaze added on top. Buen Provecho 😋

Took a spin on some Bangers and Mash 😋 Pork Sausage with yellow onion, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes with mashed sweet purple potatoes 🍽️

I didn’t take any measurements but heres some approximate amounts.
~1 tsp of soy sauce (1 swirl around the pan)
~1.5 tsp of pepper sate sauce (very spicy so 1/2 tsp would be enough)
~ 1/2 cup of the golden milk (it was enough to half cover the greens)

Above sautéed Swiss chard in a bowl topped with a fried egg. Below a plate of fried dumplings :p Yummy 😋

Not sure what to call this. Sautéed green onion, mushroom, and Swiss chard with soy sauce, pepper sa-té sauce (tia chieu sa-té), and golden milk (coconut milk blended with ginger, tumeric, cinnamon, cardamom, and sweetened condensed coconut milk).Paired with white rice,fried egg and fried dumpling 🍽️
