it's a zinger - my way of exemplifying the essence of the RoseBowl. For a long time we used a tablecloth on Sunday lunch that had the word "PASADENA" woven to the sides. It was a gift during WWII when my mum was stationed at a mil' supply depot where the Americans were getin ready 2 invade France.

Always look for good contrast within a design. Stick it on a flag waver tool. Your designs and at this point in time only you know which one is better.
Side note: I've requested to submit an RFP to complete that work. Everyone within our circle of experts will get a say if we are granted the gig.

Looks like they copied our winner for Michigan. This design dates back to a study contest started by the DeVos Family - I think in about 2016.

Our winner in New Hampshire. S-Grade work from u/Paris1871. The 9 black admission order stars stand for the dark marks on the trunks of the state tree - the silver birch. The Atlantic Blue field that is free of other detail stands for the state motto "Live Free or Die". We move on to New Mexico now.

Does anyone have redesigns for New Hampshire?

Oh No. The Washington State Flag redesign bill did not get out of committee. So no chance it could look as great as this within a few years:

Can't believe we are doing this. But we are now underway with a study into the flag of Colorado. 37 voting slides issued so far and now running low on finding new redesigns.

Well, we looked at the options for Illinois and found the 10 "new" ideas mostly falling flat. The design that finished 7th with us is being backed locally but it's really poor in color balance. Centennial design of 1918 is still really the best of these.

Complexity, overuse of common symbols, text and having ones statehood name on your state flag are all a drag. Ignore the visual aspect. Deal just with the negative aspects.
3 natural groups - top of the class and good to go.
2nd set - needs some work &
3rd one is "Get your name off the flag"
