Artists who live or have a creative studio in Toledo or Lucas County are eligible to apply for grants to be awarded in the amounts of $1,500, $2,500, or $5,000, to support their work.
These grants are funded through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds from Lucas County and the City of Toledo.

Today, on Rosa Parks' birthday, we joined TARTA to celebrate the new mural by local artist Mercé Culp. Located at the TARTA Transit Hub, the mural honors Rosa Parks' legacy in a vibrant and meaningful way.
Lookout for the newly wrapped bus featuring the mural as it makes its way around town!
