50 kph unless posted otherwise. It’s kinda ridiculous because these two streets have exactly the same speed limit. Nobody ever goes only 50 on the first, and going 50 on the latter is irresponsible IMO.

When I read it I’m reading it as someone who lives in an area where the school zone rules elapse at 5pm. And therefore, complaining about being ticketed for speeding after 5pm is valid.
