So, the nuance is that Article 5 allows countries to determine how to come to aid. So militarily/active combat, I’d say Canada, UK and vast majority of Europe yes. Turkey could via logistics but not active fighting. Hungary no. Current US likely intelligence & perhaps refueling/transport support.
