I also think - and this is something I see each time I travel with work - the US doesn’t understand how much soft power it is losing. Absolutely haemorrhaging it each week. The common theme is, all that talk about freedom, and you gave us that guy twice.

Massive humiliation for Farage, who tipped off the UK press that he was flying to Florida to have dinner with Trump... only for Trump to decide he had more interesting things to do when Nigel arrived.

You hardly ever see the bias as this obvious in one headline but it’s really astounding the levels of passive-voice dehumanization that’s reserved for those killed by Israel and the United States

Well, this is frustrating. I've been working for two years on a story about Daniel Loitz - the self-proclaimed angel investor who linked himself with Reading FC and London Irish - but someone has got there first.

Run this through Google Translate. It's excellent reporting.

Way beyond military strategy & operations this checklist makes sense

Like any critical situation though the emotional urge maybe to think it’s a unique crisis & you should throw out the rules, my learning from Critical Care in health is that in crises you lean into what you’ve learnt not panic away

Not just the nth confirmation that BrewDog was not quite the right-on enterprise it claimed to be, but also another illustration of why and how carbon credits and PIUs are a godsend to grifters.
