Or should I simply introduce the characters and stories as I see fit, and hop around the story to various areas of interest, giving a wider lens and earlier focuses to the various stories and characters, even if is IS out of order?
I could always follow up with the other option later, of course.

So this is where I turn the question to others:
Should I simply have this account follow along from Mint's perspective, retelling the lore of the game as in the FoAL canon, and branching off where appropriate, even though this would likely lead to a very long time to introduce many of the players

There's a LOT of characters in here, making a full on ensemble cast (almost entirely my fault for writing so many characters so often) and they come in at various points in the story, a lot of it overlaps with main XIV canon, but it diverges in a lot of notable ways as well...

Mostly though the name's there just because it started as a joke and it was catchy and stuck. Some of these characters have their own lore separate to the central FoAL storyline, as well, but this account'll mostly only cover their "FoAL" canon selves, and their stories as such.

"That's a weird name??"
It's because there IS a singular "the warrior of light" in this lore, a Viera named Mint (I'll introduce the characters another time) which, while they're not quite the warrior of light, the others are still very important, and are certainly fighters of adequate luminosity

So, not really sure how I wanna structure this yet? But I guess introducing the premise is as good a start as any! This account mostly details characters and events from the FFXIV canon used by myself and a number of friends, which we've dubbed "the Fighters of Adequate Luminosity" or FoAL for short
