No matter how social I attempt to be across games and servers, I can never escape the feeling that I just.. don't belong anywhere. I hate it.

Came on just to say that after beating Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, I can happily say it's one of the best games I've ever played.

This is also neither here nor there, but what is it about bad players across all games just *refusing* to take any accountability for their failures? It's wild to me that you can be total ass at something, and find a way to blame outside factors for why you should be allowed to succeed.

Small confession: I don't think I'm all that hyped for the new Monster Hunter tbh.

I think my goal for this year is going to be to get back into fighting games that I keep telling myself I WANT to play, but then never do. Gonna get back into Granblue Versus, Melty Blood Type Lumina, actually play UNI2 and BlazBlue CF.. Maybe DNF Duel too, we'll see.

I'm late to saying so, but I'm VERY happy to say that the Tales of Graces f remaster PC port is actually VERY good. I'm so happy there's a definitive way to play this game now, no longer stuck in the PS3 jail.. If the other remasters they potentially do are this good, the future is bright

That's part of the whole appeal, you can kinda start wherever! There's the official games to try, there are countless fan games from basically every genre.. Hell, even just looking at the art/listening to the music gets your foot right in the door!

I beat Unicorn Overlord finally last night, and just... Absolute peak. How I feel about it can't possibly fit within the text limit here, but it's absolutely incredible and has easily slipped into my top 5 favorite games of all time.

Playing Unicorn Overlord so much recently as reminded me about what I love in RPGs, and games as a whole honestly. Such a refreshing experience, and honestly might be one of my favorites of all time now. I'm absolutely in love with it and can't recommend it enough.

That's how I've felt ever since I settled here. You realize just how true the sentiment "Twitter is not a real place" is the moment you aren't part of the ecosystem and just stare at it from the outside.

I finally caved and got myself Unicorn Overlord today. I'm only 2 hours in so far and this game is GOOD good, like.. Hot damn. I'm almost sad I waited this long to play it.

I cannot express in words the amount of mental damage I just took from reading this

I think at this point I'm pretty well settled on Meredith/Kokona/Maddelena being my go-to picks on Strinova, and maybe Flavia when I don't feel like sniping.

I can forgive it, because I absolutely love the song and it makes me nostalgic every single time I hear it.

I think next time I get paid, I'm gonna make it a point to finally get and play Unicorn Overlord. I really wanna play that, and I haven't had a good singleplayer RPG to sink time into in ages
