It's when folks throw tantrums at Wordle or Connexions because a valid word isn't in their personal vocab. Not misspelled, not fake—just unfamiliar. Apparently if they don’t know it, it doesn’t exist.

We ended the disaster that 14 years of Tory rule had brought on us.
Steadily, things are improving.
You don't have to like EVERYTHING the Labour government does, but they are doing SO MUCH to improve our country.
And I am grateful for that!

Unions were now recognised as lawful associations. Prior to this, they were often treated as criminal conspiracies under common law.
Why working people complain about others protesting freely, about anything, is a total enigma to me.

It is ‘known’ as the Battle of Orgreave. Not enough characters available to draw the parallels with Peterloo that I wanted to (but have elsewhere), but you have stepped up to do that for me, which I expected someone to do.

This claim contributed to the DPP declining to pursue charges. Key documents and negatives also went missing

Today is the anniversary of the Battle of Orgreave 18/06/84. Hundreds of miners clashed with police, in what became one of the most controversial flashpoints in modern British industrial history.
There was later evidence of police misconduct and political orchestration. #peterloo

So… how did you guys ever reconcile the fact that the higher you turned the dial, the longer it took? How on earth did you think it was a higher heat? Surely that would shorten the time. Wow.

A lot of deep poverty exists in pockets, just like in the UK. Reform are unfortunately capable of tapping into disillision and marrying that to media fibs, more needs to be done.
