My Dad took me to my 1st NHL game 46 years ago. Gordie Howe, 51, & just 3 years younger than my Dad, scored a breakaway goal. My Dad would've loved that a new bridge btw Canada & the US be named after Gordie. He'd also find it nuts that our gov't would oppose its opening. #elbowsup #hartfordwhalers
