A cup of coffee, peace and quiet, breathing exercises and then reading a book. It helps me destress and forget about the world. Focusing on an enjoyable book takes my mind off my own problems too. It's a chance to switch off briefly.

They are fab! I hope making them helped you switch off a bit from chemo.

I hear you. Cancer changes our lives completely. Times when we would have been celebrating, such as Christmas, are very stressful, even more so when you're dealing with everything cancer throws at you. Hold on to the love of your family & friends. I hope you get peace and joy.
