In the wake of SNAP cuts, feeding hungry Illinoisans falls more than ever on food pantries As food prices increase and benefits diminish, nonprofits have to pick up the slack.

If I were a young person currently trying to figure out antifascist action, I would focus on creating a food specific mutual aid project in my direct community. It would be a good way to connect with neighbors and to offer needed sustenance.
