My final late piece to this year's comic Anniversary of "El's Alolan Adventures". It's been 8 years. EIGHT FREAKING YEARS CAN YOU BELIEVE IT??? Can you believe I haven't drawn El and Guzma in fancy attire ONCE in those 8 years? For my community this was probably LONG overdue and I'm very happy I finally got to design new outfits for them, that was fun ;w; El in a new dress based on Lumineon and Guzma in a suit that's vaguely based on Golisopod, mainly in terms of colours (although a purple touch is missing...there's actually a reason for that, go read my fanfic on Patreon HEHEHEHEHE) After 8 years I feel like my webcomic should be longer but that's what you get when you work on 5 other projects at the same time. BUT HEY at least it's still going!! Hope I get to finish more comic updates qUICKER next year, we'll see about that... Anyway, thank you for your support over the years and thanks for reading ;w; You guys are the best community I could ask for!

"El's Alolan Adventures" follows the protagonist and Alola's first Champion "El" and picks up right after the main storyline of Pokemon Sun and Moon. After Guzma, the former leader of a group of misfits known as "Team Skull", disbands his gang, El searches for him, wondering what happened to him after the traumatizing events he went through of being lost in Ultra Space for a couple of days. She finds him at his parent's house, where she learns more about his troubled past and how he initially ran away from home after being considered a failure. Guzma challenges El to one more battle at Hau'oli Beach, but loses once again to El's flying types. However, he no longer loses his temper and lashes out at himself for losing how he usually does in his self-destructive tendencies. Instead he just seems defeated. Tired. Frustrated. His old master Hala had watched the battle from a distance and offers Guzma to become his student once more, giving him a chance to redeem himself to the people of Alola for all the trouble his gang has caused throughout the region. Guzma seems reluctant to take Halas offer. Instead he aggressively turns to El and seems to word an ATTEMPT of an apology for all the trouble he had put her through on her journey. He hands El one of his most treasured items, a Dawn stone he kept as a lucky charm. THIS is where the story of "El's Alolan Adventures" picks up from. I HAD TO SUMMARIZE THIS ALL BECAUSE THE WEBCOMIC STARTS VERY ABRUPTLY AND JUST THROWS YOU IN WITH NO CONTEXT
