Indiana didn't used to change clocks but then we ended up with @#$%^& Mitch Daniels who shoved us into the stupid daylight wasting club with the majority 😭

Something I miss are the middle-aged and older women as the leads in movies and TV shows like they used to have all the time in the early days of television. It's just not seen much anymore if ever. Entire casts have to be 25 or younger now. Where are the other age groups? :(

In 1992, we went on a family trip from Southern Indiana to Southern Maryland, and I spent the entire time on the drive there counting water towers. I think that I saw something like 182 or around that number. It was fun seeing all the different shapes and colors :)

I have family who live near Detroit, so they got my Southern Indiana fam into hockey in the 90s. Here's me posing for a senior picture in '97. Probably the only kid posing with hockey anything in the school yearbooks. (Fun fact: I still hate the Avs even after all these years lol)

Today I learned that Jets versus Sharks doesn't necessarily have to be a reference to NHL teams. The husband thought I was trying to make a joke but then he realized I had no idea that they're the gangs in West Side Story and he about died laughing. So I haven't seen it; sue me! 🦈✈️

And thanks to this, loads of towns along the Ohio River nearly got wiped off the map by travelers bringing them cholera and other diseases 🤢🙃
