My go-to recipe:
2.5c bread flour
.5c cornmeal
2 tsp yeast
2 tsp sea salt
3 tbsp olive oil (2 in the mix, 1 to coat with the rise)
1 c warm water.

Proof the yeast, mix the dry together, toss the oil & water into the mix and knead away until smooth and a bit sticky. Coat in oil and cover for 2 hours

Fair enough, and also that sounds awesome! Thankfully pizza dough is forgiving and easily stored in a fridge or cooler for a few days.

I've never tried making a pizza in the woods though, so that's going on The List.
