Pròiseact Ùr Gàidhlig
A’ togail air pròiseactan a thàinig roimhe, tha LEACAN 2 a’ dol a thoirt seachad barrachd stiùiridh air cùisean gràmair is litreachaidh sa Ghàidhlig far a bheil mì-chinnt. (3/5)

National newspaper headline: Scottish Greens lodge proposals for 'equal respect' for Scots and Gaelic
🧵 A big week for Gaelic and Scots in Parliament
Tomorrow we will start Stage 2 of the Scottish Languages Bill. There are 97 amendments to consider. I've lodged 46 of them.
If we don't protect Scotland's indigenous languages, who else will? Here's what I'm proposing:

SPT is developing a masterplan for Buchanan Bus Station and the urban block within which it sits. The long-term vision is for the area to become a vibrant new gateway to Glasgow, fully integrated in the local area, with a modern bus station and transport hub at its core.
Iomairt Ghàidhlig! Tha SPT a' dèanamh co-chomhairle mu Stèisean nam Busaichean an Glaschu (is an sgìre timcheall air).
Deagh chothrom dhuinn feuchainn ri soidhnichean Gàidhlig fhaighinn ann! Lìon an ceisteachan agus can gu bheil soidhnichean dà-chànanach a dhìth!

Back in 2016 I worked at the Digital Archive of Scottish Gaelic and my main job was digitising and re-transcribing texts to be put in a searchable database. One of the most interesting texts I handled was by Hugh Laing, a Gael who emigrated to Australia and wrote a book called "Gu Tìr Mo Luaidh"
