Likely no resemblance to any iconic characters from "delta" games release - Scizzor (unused Bloody Bunny character) with a big butt, looking back at the viewer - Cattail (Plants vs. Zombies) fattened up. I know one specific person was asking for this - Brekky (waffle OC) biting into an air tank as it inflates her massively, the tank sinking against her body
