In this study, we found that CXCR4-targeted T22-DITOX-H6 multivalent nanotoxin was able to induce anticancer effect through selective pyroptosis in local tumor.
New paper out! We are happy to share our last article, led by our colleagues from IR Sant Pau. A targeted nanotoxin developed in our lab inhibits colorectal cancer growth in mice through pyroptosis and eosinophile degranulation.
