personally i think we should do homestuck powerscaling more often
because that post of gojo doing the infinite void and rose not even being faced by it is not only ridiculously funny but also true

i think what was most shocking to me was the fact that they said it’s a “post canon friendly sever” while not being 18+. post canon is majority adult theming it’s just so… strange like why?

20,000+ members but still it’s so weird. i also think hussie definitely wants a homestuck revival and including all possible audiences in the events and conversations brings in more people, but it just seems irresponsible. more egregiously with post canon than anything

it’s just risky territory to have adults and kids being able to interact with each other and discuss themes like that. i understand that with server the size of the official homestuck discord it would’ve been impossible to actually sift through and stop all of the minors from joining out of the 1/2

same thing with homestuck in general especially the epilogues and post canon stuff in general

i remember seeing that the team plans to make any series that kicks off into a proper episode 1 separate from the pilot. though you are correct about their stuff usually being episode one.

the way he speaks reminds me of the way sweet bro and hella jeff is written which if on purpose it genius and kind of a cheat code to get me to like him

i also think a lot of people seem to be forgetting or have a lack of knowledge as to what a "pilot" is and what a pilot is meant to accomplish. the expectations and criticisms of the pilot to me tend to not reflect this understanding or at least dont acknowledge it

im only really posting this rn because i think my recency bias has worn off by now and my opinions are solid
