The attorneys on the government side have no idea what they’re doing. It seems like all the experienced ones have quit. They even put up law students for some of the hearings. Anyway, the judge bailed them out. I was still moderately successful, but the green cards will have to wait a few months.

Going to court this afternoon. Trying to get the removal case dismissed. Fingers crossed.

The clock is ticking. If I don’t start napping by four or so, then it’s just “going to bed early“ and that’s not nearly as exciting.

Nap time getting destroyed by email.

The office doesn't know exactly when the hearings end and lunch lasts an hour so I'm looking to steal and hour so I get two free hours. I will use them napping. Court again tomorrow. Much harder case, but I don't have to be there until after lunch. More sleep!
