Due to shipping delays this sadly didn't make it as a postcard, but I'm glad to have it portfolio at least - if you spot it at the future con store lemme know! :D

Couple videos of my blinky fursuit head working! So glad the mechanism didn't break during NFC

Finally got home from #nordicfuzzcon It was my first time there and first time fursuiting. I had amazing time and I was so glad to hang out with friends I rarely see. <3

They look incredible! I hope it's an easy fix o:

I've been non stop sewing/3D printing to try and finish the tail in time for Nordic Fuzz Con. It's not perfect but I nearly have it all ready, plane leaves 3AM tomorrow!

I made this hand cranked version. Using a hole in the side of the tail I could turn the fishing reel, and the other hole would press the release button.

There is a small plastic part which broke and stopped it releasing. I tried remaking out of metal but no luck.

It would reel in, but too much tension and the gears would slip. It needed changing to a belt system instead of gears.

OK SO the last week has been a blur. I managed to get the electrics in the tail working ok, but the gears kept slipping. So I designed and printed a hand cranked version, and then 2 days ago the fishing reel broke with no time to get the right replacement 0-o

These are the lil paw shaped controllers that fit inside my paws to control the eyes/tail

Paws complete! Now roughly a week left till Nordic Fuzz Con to complete the tail + electronics o:

Two weeks to go and it's all coming together now!

Head is pretty much finished. So two weeks to do paws and tail, but tail electronics still not final.

Glue time and then the moment I've been dreading, the shave...

Less than a month till Nordic Fuzzcon I gotta speed run this thing 0-o Still have to finish head, tail and paws but here are the eyes done!

Cutting out my fursuit head pieces and notice a weird line through some parts. Ok it's all the way through the roll of fur great xD

I tried to #3dprint my teeth, might need to see the dentist..

He finished printing at last! I have been trying to print the head for most of the month but kept failing for random reasons, power cut or layer shifting. Had no issues when printing the prototype before this 0-o #fursuitwip

Before and after tail trimming! Shoe for scale xD The plan is to make this a convertible tail, changing from floor dragger tail to raised off ground super motion tail. If my electronics plan doesn't work, it will just be a floor dragger. #fursuitwip

Ahh this is so cool to see! Now I can fully appreciate the amazing animation without needing to look lower at subtitles. Thanks and keep it up! :D

I've been ordering fur samples from everywhere trying to get the perfect shade of blue. I thought I had found it at last so I did a shave test... NOW IT'S A TOTALLY NEW BLUE HELP
