never forget

The first time I saw this was possibly the hardest I’ve ever laughed in my life.

She is beloved in my household (which has a Gen X, a Millennial, and a Gen Z in it). But everyone has different reasons for that love. Different roles that mean something to them.

That’s how amazing she was and how diverse her reach/connection to others was. A huge loss.

As the 12 year old who wore a Bill the Cat shirt on the reg back in ‘87, I wholeheartedly endorse this take.

I’m 50 with a family, and my local theatre only shows children’s films and dreck (Marty Supreme, did not come here. One Battle was 1 week!).

I live 2 hours from the nearest multiplex, and 6 from an IMAX. And I plan entire weekends around getting to either of those locations to watch movies.
