Yes, I know, I'm going to have to do the things on my phone to limit the texts. I know that is possible; perhaps today is the day I finally go figure it out.

My desire for a great blue wave is at tension with my hatred of texts soliciting a donation (and I realize this is only going to get worse).

It's a good thing, I guess, that my hatred for what our government has become knows no bounds. But the texts do not endear me to those sending!

This. At ANY time. They can just call themselves Independents and caucus with the Dems. Heck, maybe even ask for a different leader than Schumer (I'd be totally fine with that).

This needs to end, they surely know it, and could make it happen nearly overnight. And they would make the history books.
