That's a lot harder in reality because it is very hard to find a "proven guy" for an OC. The good ones become head coaches. No one really makes lateral moves as OC, so you either promote someone who has not done it yet, or you get someone who failed somewhere else.

It sounded like the beginning of the season was Moore implementing Nick's system and by the end it was mostly Moore. This season it does not sound like there will be a switch to another system to save them.

I am more pro Sirianni than most (I do not believe you can goof your way into a top 5 winning percentage all time) but the rotating cast of offensive coordinators that will never ever stop, because they will always get head coaching jobs, is frustrating and has them battling uphill every season.
