Weird security guard character known as "Red Brassman", it was made as a joke and not meant for any final design.

Leon concept art in an olive green rather than the midnight blue. I had seen this green design in a dream, specifically the torso area on him. Wound up preferring the midnight blue since it seemed cooler.

Another Leon concept, a quick pencil sketch. His helmet was supposed to open splitting apart on two sides to reveal his face. A different helmet design looked more like an old TV set with a glowing green visor that would have fancy animated static effects.

That rocks, really love the pock marks/gouges on the left one and the very somber expression of the right face.

Gongoor the Unholy, or just Green Dude. He's an archdemon with rotten flesh reeking of rancid fish and decay. He has barbed boney spikes growing out from his skull, shoulders, collar bones, and down his arms and throughout other limbs. He has a very dead look to his weathered face with a deep feeling of mischief and malice.
