Here’s the thing and I’m gonna tell you: a lot of fans are why so many creators just don’t want to create anymore. And so many of them are oddly proud of their ability to bully.

In order for cartoons as a concept to survive, they need to knock that shit off.

If they aren't happy, it bleeds. "Your personals don't matter to the project" is a disgrace of an excuse. "Not my job to babysit" is a fallacy beyond apprehension.

Be the #teacher and #assurance the role requires of you, both in and out of your projects.
