If you missed it, this is brilliant from Garrett. Due praise for Tenay but also a great case made in real WON HOF terms. If I had a ballot, this would sell me on him.

An excellent case for Mike Tenay, not just in the work he did but the influence and impact he had beyond his own work.

This nicely sums up my thoughts about Mike Tenay and his impact and legacy.

I can honestly say that as a little kid watching WCW, I loved him discussing the history and context of different wrestlers and moves. His enthusiasm was contagious, and he could draw you into any story, even in TNA.

I haven't, that sounds way better. I've been to two Silksong areas so far where the main gimmick has been bouncing on those things and it's just so unpleasant to do.

The downward slash jumps stink and I desperately wish they were mapped to an actual button. Otherwise game is pretty cool.

Not a fan of the duel currencies, feels like it puts a greater incentive on farming particular enemies to get what you need rather than encouraging exploration where you'll pick up the currency you need organically.

Some Silksong thoughts: I don't think the early period of the game is too hard, it's just super stingy about not giving you many new cool things to work with and feels like a bit of a slog engaging with the enemies in the same way over and over.
