After a week of trying to contact an actual human being I managed to actually talk to someone at Etsy! Only to then be told to send an appeal... to an email I have already tried to contact and have since been left on read... And I guess that's just the most fitting end to this.

Unfortunately still no response so, I think it's safe to say I'm never going to bother with Etsy again ahaha.

Unfortunately I'm going to have to pay out of pocket for shipping my remaining orders because Etsy refuses to release my funds and isn't letting me purchase shipping labels. They're not even allowing customers to check their order status so their janky automated system is screwing over everyone ://

Current status: still trying to contact the last living human being working at Etsy! I was told to request a callback only to be given a link to a defunct page. Then I was instructed to try via the app and well. Looks like my journey for human connection continues...

Considering the amount of AI slop on their platform, I'm not holding my breath ahaha,

But of course when I'M the one reaching out to Etsy about a dropshipper violating their policies/stealing my original, non-IP artwork they not only ignore my requests for help and allow the store to continue selling my work but they then flag MY work for IP INFRINGEMENT 😭😭😭

It seems that Etsy's automated system went completely haywire on my account because literally every single listing of mine was marked for violating their seller policy and caused my store to be fully suspended :') Here's hoping an actual human employee looks at this soon !!

I would like to at some point but I need to wait and see! I choose the clasp option since that's the majority feedback I received from people at local TCG tournaments but I know a substantial amount of people prefer the sewn-in option.

We now have card binders in stock and available for purchase! They each come with 50, 9-pocket sheets that fit standard TCG cards and are equipped with metal clasps to allow for easy organization. I have more new stuff in store so please keep an eye out for further announcements! ✨
