Yesterday, Sarah Kasande, Head of ICTJ's Uganda office, participated as a panelist in the Gender Pre-Forum to the 13th High-Level Dialogue on Democracy, Human Rights, and Governance in Africa. This important gathering focused on the role of women in reparative justice and state-building in Africa.
