Some features are not widely available. This feature is being rolled out to users over time, that is why some see it and others don't.

You are seeing that because you have enabled "logged out visibility" in your settings. That only happens on the posts tab.
The navigation bar is now at the top, you can scroll thru it to get to the tab you're looking for and click it.

You are not blocking yourself. You have this setting enabled in your profile:
Settings > Privacy and security > Logged-out Visibility
Also, the tabs have moved to the top.

It doesn't require signing in. The default tab is posts and if the user wants you to be logged in to see their posts, you will need to log into bsky to see them.
