There should be a tax equivalent to a memo line on a check but this would let you can specify how you want your tax dollars allocated. You want roads, public services and free healthcare? Put your percentages down. You don’t want your gov’t militarizing police forces, don’t put anything towards it.

100%. Apple and Google likely have huge teams dedicated to doing those kinds of things and are not doing it on a volunteer/passion project basis. It would be a massive undertaking to get something like that off the ground responsibly.
