honestly this applies to any world issue. War, suppression of speech, the exploitation of the vulnerable, etc. Even if you don't dedicate your life to activism you cant just "i dont care about politics" your way past everything.

pet peeve that I notice in multiple essay videos: sometimes i'll be listening in the background and notice they'll either leave in two different takes of the same line OR they'll have a voice clip repeat twice. usually happens in longer videos
