Man, I honestly do need to make more object Pokemon. I'm not talking you rock monsters, no like everyday objects but with a face on it, I need more of those bastards

As a Fakemon creator, hell, a character designer in general, object-based designs are a lot harder to make than you think, just a lot more to consider than most genre of design. In conclusion, this pile of trash mogs 60% of all Pokemon creativity wise

sleek and modern to hide out in urban environments easier. Also people tend to forget that there is a subset of yokai that are literally just objects brought to life, so why wouldn't Pokemon base some of their funny creatures off of that concept alone

Object Pokemon also bring in some cool worldbuilding. Like how some Pokemon either adapt to look like certain items, are formed from certain items, or even inspire an inanimate object. I would count Voltorb as an Object Pokemon, originally resembled an older Pokeball but adapted to become more-
