I get serotonin syndrome when I take antidepressants which sucks because I'm depressed(who isn't in this economy?) & have anxiety. I never got to the hallucinations stage, just double ended violent evacuation of fluids that got me a 🍌 bag in the ER.
Shit sucked.

Don't try to remember all of it.
Find something you like, that you can easily remember. for me, it's the sensation of something cool on my face or hands. So tiles, railings, running water, glass, rain. "Find the cold" Once I have that little reset, I can focus on other things to offset my anxiety.
