This is purely a guess, but I'm not as sure Kittle misses today as some are. I'd still hold out saying there's a 20% chance he plays. And to be clear, this is me guessing. But I'd take that into consideration if you sit Kittle for a player in the 1:00 PM time slot.

The worry, of course, for GMs is you sit Kittle in the 4 PM game and start a lesser TE in a 1 PM start. And then get burned by Kittle if he winds up playing this afternoon.

This morning, Maicco wrote, "TE George Kittle took part in limited practices Thursday and Friday, but he is not expected to play today due to his hamstring condition, reports ESPN’s Adam Schefter."

"Defensive end Nick Bosa (hip) and tight end George Kittle (hamstring) took part in limited practice on Friday and appear to be trending toward playing Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks at Levi’s Stadium. Both players are listed as questionable."
