I actually define selfishness differently than whomever said this. Selfish is when I meet my needs at the expense of another. If we benefit mutually, then it’s not selfish.

Agreed! I have never dropped from a match voluntarily (though I have had internet blips from time to time). I have dropped out of non-competitive co-op play sometimes when it seems clear that we just aren't going to make it today.

Yes. We have 10 of us, and most folks had some in the pre-dinner hour. I also made mulled wine. We have a holiday dinner for friends every December.
