Grading likely-AI papers is a constant mental battle between "I'm offended that this student thinks (wrongly) that I'm an idiot and that they are benefitting themselves" and "I am sorry but it is above me now, I cannot care that the students are doing this and in fact Higher Ed ensures that they do"

Write publicly, and do not let these scumbags scare you. Silence is what they hope to produce. They want us scared. Thankfully we’re not.
