Over 250 Photos From Around the Nation and the World From the Historic “No Kings Day” Protests Almost no one showed up to Donald Trump’s surprisingly timid, depressing, and generally lackluster birthday party in Washington, but protests against him were bursting at the seams across the globe.

(🧵) I’ve never—in 30 years in journalism—published a report like this: one that could genuinely bring hope. I spent the last 15 hours curating and labeling photos from hundreds of No Kings Day protests. It’s the largest archive of its kind and it has *lots* of Easter eggs (memes, an essay and more).

My best advice to everyone right now. Arm yourself while you can. Stock up on ammo as well. Regardless of how you see this turning out, it is best to be prepared.

Resist with your money. Go exempt on your W2. Stop allowing government to collect interest on your “estimated tax”. Keep your money. File your taxes and refuse to pay them. We are not being represented. Put the taxes owed into an account that earns YOU interest. They can’t lock us all up.

Resist with your money. Start by changing W2 status to exempt. This puts more money into your pockets that you earned.
File your taxes but don’t pay. IRS lay offs means no manpower to enforce
Can’t lock us all up
If the rich don’t pay then we don’t.

All Dems should resist the best way. Do not pay federal taxes. Change to exempt on your W2 and bank your expected taxes in escrow. Do not pay. We are not being represented. They can’t lock us all up. And they don’t have the manpower at IRS anymore to even do anything.

Here’s a thought.

Go to work tomorrow and change your W2 federal deductions to Exempt.
Keep your Federal Tax money and refuse to pay or file Federal Taxes next year. They can’t lock us all up. Just have to hold out 4 years and someone will most likely forgive it.

I’m seeing a news story about Maine standing up and declaring that they will remove federal tax deductions from paychecks if Trump withholds federal aid. If it’s true then that’s awesome.

2) Researched black inventors for black history month and learned a few things

I love the resistance. I love the fight back. I love Bluesky and the absconded BOTs, Propaganda and trolls. But we don’t have the definitive numbers to make change happen. How do we get the other side to open their eyes and wake the fuck up? I know some are hopeless, but not all.
