Happy new year! These are the dolls I bought in 2025: 4 small cuties and 1 very long boy, or 2 big-eyed babes and 2 grumps.

Christmas photos! I only have enough Christmassy clothes to dress up Hazel (SDM F-61) and Claudia (DearSD + FCS F-07/Nono). Maybe next year I'll try for a bigger group photo.

I've been trying to make a Christmas dress in time for Christmas. I still need to finish a few things and make a petticoat. I'm also thinking about a big bow for her hair. I'm quite happy with the sleeves, but maybe the skirt is too short... 🤔

I got Nono/F-07 recently and put her on a DearSD body. She's wearing the most adorable wig from Catkin Cherry and eyes by Ms Stein. She has FCS boyish makeup with one change to the lips. I don't know what her name is yet - maybe something fancy like Cordelia or Claudia.

I haven't finished knitting her jumper yet, but I did get these gorgeous new eyes from Ms. Stein Art. (And I managed to get the hot glue out with no eyelash damage! 🎉) I haven't thought of a name yet, so I'm still calling her Ranma. #sd_らんま

That sinking feeling when something (a very cute doll) is supposed to arrive today, but it's approaching the end of the delivery window and still hasn't been marked as out for delivery. I don't mind waiting longer, but this is the second time it's happened with this parcel. 🥲

It's adorable - white with red accents looks so classic and sweet!

Been working on this cross stitch piece recently. The colours are so cheerful! It's relaxing and going quite quickly, since it's so small. I think next time I'll try something bigger.

Faceups are so difficult! I'm trying not to be too hard on myself, but I might have to redo the one on the SDGr Sophie (the lines really are a complete mess and the eyeliner doesn't match). I do quite like the one on my green goblin girl (DoDollsDream Lullaby Miss Ao).

I have a doll sitting in the cabinet with the arm string not attached on both ends for (checks calendar) about a year for the same hurting-hands-plus-distraction reason. 😬 🤝

Happy 26th birthday Volks! 🥳 To fit the pink theme, I knitted Rufus this sweater, and finished it just in time. I didn't originally think pink would be his colour, but I love these softer colours with his stern, grumpy face.

Definitely the washed pair! It makes such a difference to the realism. I think washing/drying like this, plus pressing seams, are two things that many doll clothes miss in terms of getting the scale to look right. This is a really nice comparison. 🙌
