It’s clear there are people running in ridings all over the country, that are running a campaign based on fear.

That’s not how politics should be run.

New Democrats are fighting for hope, in that they are your true voice.

So remember that when you go to the ballot box.

New Democrats this election are pushing strongly for expanding pharmacare and covering your cost at the pharmacy.

This is the NDP fighting for you and being truly in it for you.

When we are this close to having a referendum about our literal separation from the country that created us as a province, and with a premier that is in support of it.

We need a provincial election now.

With the speaker of the Alberta Legislature gone, and 2 UCP MLAs out of caucus, bringing them down to only 46.

They will be down to 45 to pass legislation, and they need 44 for a majority.

To the UCP MLAs who are losing their confidence in Danielle Smith, Do the right thing.

Electoral reform was what the NDP campaigned about in 2011 and every election since then, and the Liberals did in 2015 too.

But the Liberals didn’t live up to their promise.

Vote for a party that will actually create electoral reform.

Everyone in Canadian politics right now is worried about "Vote splits" and "voting strategically".

What we really need is electoral reform.

Electoral reform is the true solution to have everyone represented by what they actually voted for, so everyone gets a say in Ottawa.

Guthrie and Independent MLA Scott Sinclair voted in favour for the NDP motion, which was defeated by the UCP majority.

If you live in Edmonton-Griesbach, and you don't want the Conservative to win in your riding.

You have no reason at all to not vote for @blakedesjarlais.bsky.social

Plus, Blake is an amazing New Democrat and a real progressive that is fighting for you.

On April 28, 2025 Edmonton-Centre is going orange.
Now as much as polls may tell a different story, the truth is real people in the doors.

I’ve knocked easily a thousand doors in Edmonton-Centre, a majority of people are tired, and want a strong MP.

They’re voting for Trisha Estabrooks.

Great time last night at the Blake Desjarlais AGM!
I was happy to also, after a good while, meet again the leader of the NDP Jagmeet Singh!
It's the people's time!

The amount of anti-environmental actions governments are making are brutal.

Danielle Smith is mining straight into the eastern slopes.
Pierre Poilievre promising to remove the carbon tax.
While the weather nowadays is not how it used to be.

I want my future kids to know what snow is.

Admissions: I was an alter boy.
I opened for the Dead Kennedys.
I ran for leader of the NDP and came in second.
But as far as I know I have never been a member of the Black Panthers.
As much as I wish I was.
So much for X trolling.

A huge congratulations to @Robmiyashiro for winning back Lethbridge-West for the Alberta NDP!

I can't wait to see the work Rob will do in the future and the fight he will put up against Danielle Smith.

It's scary knowing the fact, Donald Trump is joking about making Canada the 51st state. Meanwhile, in Canada, the Conservatives are polling at record high numbers.
I'm scared for women's rights, don't stop fighting back,

For an update in my school, as a councilor.
With the student council program, everyone, including teachers are feeling like their voices are being heard. There's going to be a student council meeting on Monday.
I'll update you all then.

Not to leave out the fact that this statement was to defend the UCP’s anti-Trans legislation.

For shame.

Canadians shouldn't have to compete with greedy, mega corporate landlords to put a roof over their head.

An NDP government would ban these big corporations from buying up affordable homes and driving up your rent.

I think the more that the world is changing people are forgetting.

Black lives still matter.

Black people, Black creations, Black culture, all of it is beautiful.

Black people are beautiful, but I’m not one to speak for people of that ethnicity because I am not. But I stand as an ally.
