I highlighted the need for support (finances, time, training, morale) to ensure individuals with less-established careers feel able to coordinate HEU projects. Many highly capable people may feel unable to take on these roles; barriers must be removed to unlock wider potential. #ECRs

I had the opportunity to participate in a panel at Enterprise Ireland's Horizon Europe conference yesterday. It was great to hear about diverse projects, including green cities, electric vehicles and renewable energy, all with aims and objectives dedicated to driving sustainable change
