I worked in the industry and am familiar with this territory. Read Katherine Eban's book "Bottle of Lies". She gets it right. She reports that FDA even sidelined a top investigator because he found too many significant problems and his work risked drug shortages.

Can we use mRNA vaccine technology to prevent and treat many other diseases? YES!
