I have seen your post 👍 and read the doc carefully. Am I right that nowhere, even in the "Limitations and known issues" paragraph, there is nothing about the fact file attachements are unavailable for target Cloud?
I am puzzled when Microsoft uses the File datatype in 2025... 🧩🤔

I do not understand the design of this API: it extensively uses DotNet and local files to attach documents... Does it mean this feature is limited to apps with scope=OnPrem? Was it so hard to set the file content in base64 in the JSON payload? 🤔
