First comic panel. The huntress is chasing the survivor, Soma. She lifts her axe and then seems to realize something.

Second comic panel. Previously, the huntress had realized something - and that something is a very pretty Soma!

Third comic panel. The huntress hesitates while Soma seems to wait, unsure of what is going to happen. The huntress seems to be comparing him to a small, white bunny.

Fourth comic panel. Soma takes this as his chance to flee. The huntress lowers her axe.

So, I'm working on creating a buffer for The Poisoner's Piece and each chapter always is paired with music.

The first draft for the commission, which lays out the positions of the seven characters at the tavern. There are many creator notes spread around.

The second draft of the commission. The characters have been blocked off in a way that will help the creator draw lines.

The third draft of the commission, which includes detailed linework of each character. They have been blocked off so they will be easier to color.

The final, rendered piece for the commission. Seven characters are settled around a table. They are playing cards and having fun.

I had a BLAST with this DnD Tavern scene commission! The characters are so unique and I loved getting to go through their details. It's always neat to look back on the process, too! 🎉

Definitely sorry to hear that things are rough right now - it takes time to learn how to juggle everything that comes with age, but time (and how we use it) can be one of our greatest tools. Life comes with trial and error, but it does get easier. I hope things get better for you soon!
