In NYC, Target and Whole Foods both have a dozen for 4.19-4.89. Whole Foods has been that for awhile but the Target price def just went up from I think $2.99 or $3.29.

Could be hair product/shampoo! I’m not usually super sensitive either but I remember someone with a LOT of hair who used a very strong smelling shampoo/conditioner/product combo and would always do wash day on concert days and it was rough (she stood right in front of me).
