Wow. What a graph. Climate impacts are heavily skewed to Global South countries, incl Vanuatu & Philippines from our region in top 10 for the decade. But rich countries also make a showing with big climate impacts.

This means, the US will still be part of the Agreement at #COP30. Afterwards, the US would no longer be a Party and become just an observer /2
