Thankfully I have an assistant now that's been helping me with remake commissions so work isn't at a complete standstill while I recover AGAIN, but there's only so much she can do on her own at the moment. I'm also just tired of sitting around being useless.

Was making good progress on the new commissions last week but I had another emergency surgery yesterday. 🥲 This time it went way better and I was sent home the same day, but goddamn I just want things to go back to normal. 😭

Today was supposed to be my first day back to full time plush work but I'm down with a really bad headache. 😩 I also have a follow up for my surgery this afternoon. So we'll try again tomorrow!

The US shipping restrictions definitely won't be forever, just until mail carriers are set up to collect tariffs. Still really bad timing though!

So while I may not be able to ship to the US until the tariff situation is resolved I did lots of research about GPSR today and I'm confident about resuming shipping to the EU so there's that at least

I've read that anything sent before the deadline should be safe. I'm looking into carriers that offer duties paid options but there might be a strict limit for the item's retail value so I don't know.
