NH could have told you that! After all we didn’t elect her to congress!

Hard to keep up with the various outrages, but I refuse to let the wholesale pardons get lost in the tsunami of wickedness. The more they sink in, the more sickening they are. They are, and will remain, a deep stain on our history.

I love this so much!

At the inauguration, Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson wore a distinctive collar adorned with cowrie shells, which are believed to offer protection from evil in African traditions.

This choice mirrors the late Justice Ginsburg’s practice of using collars to convey a message.

Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin in his farewell address: "You know, I was taught at West Point to pray that I would 'choose the harder right instead of the easier wrong.' And I have tried every day as Secretary to live up to that teaching."

It's a prayer for America right now.

This image from NASA’s James Webb Space Telescope shows a portion of the Leo P dwarf galaxy (stars at lower right represented in blue). Leo P is a star-forming galaxy located about 5 million light-years away in the constellation Leo. A team of scientists collected data from about 15,000 stars in Leo P to deduce its star formation history. They determined that it went through three phases: an initial burst of star formation, a β€œpause” that lasted several billion years, and then a new round of star formation that is still continuing.

Stunning new image from the James Webb Space Telescope offers a timely reminder that there is so much beauty to be found in this universe, if we look for it.

My companions on my Saturday errands - all errands are pick ups since I’m immunocompromised - I’m often on the ledge with you too and y’all often pull me back, but it’s going to be an β€œinteresting” few years. I really wish we weren’t living in interesting times!
