Lorenzo and Sapum had faced off during the final battle of the Hallelujah Mountains. The flame of a rivalry that grew ever stronger as the years went by, culminating into this singular moment. Lorenzo had been equipped with a Skel suit, though after a grueling battle the suit's arms were torn off by Sapum. And Sapum made sure Lorenzo's death was as agonizing and as long as possible. The Na'vi may have lost that day with the destruction of the Tree of Souls, but Sapum had won his battle. He is yet to learn that Lorenzo is back from the dead, as a Recombinant no less. And he is quite intent on getting back at Sapum. Terrifyingly so. They are both very violet beings who may in the end rip each other apart from their vehement hatred for one another.

A halfbody drawing and headshot drawing of Master Corporal Christoper Lucas "Chris" Gaines. With the sniper rifle in his hands and infrared goggles covering his face, evidentially the man is a skilled covert agent. He additionally has a knife on his left shoulder, pouch on the same arm, and more utilities on his waist including a pistol. Summarized background! Chris is a former Royal Canadian Navy Master Corporal, transferring to operate in the United States apart of the CIA to conduct paramilitary operations. Later, his skillset was requested on Pandora where he received his own avatar and was assigned to conduct reconnaissance and intelligence gathering on enemy combatants on Pandora, human and Na'vi. His avatar provided the cover he needed to remain undetected by Eywa's natural response. Chris is different to other recombinants in that he isn't one. Upon his death at around 34 yrs old he had by then applied to be apart of Project Phoenix, the RDA harvesting his memories for insertion into his supposed new body. However, instead, Chris' avatar had been recovered and in a series of complex surgeries, the memories got implanted into his avatar instead. Chris woke back up much earlier than the arrival of the first recombinants, Deja Blu, and was quickly sent back out to work. With his subsequent revival, Chris' loyalty seems to begin to falter, any connection of a human life he no longer had which made him feel alienated within the RDA and more familiar with the Na'vi. Ultimately, this lead to his defection and him joining up with the resistance.

yippee!!! more ocs!!!! for a discord roleplay so he isn't apart of the au and is just placed into the timeline of the movies. this was mainly to get ideas down about his design, i suspect it'll change.. especially after he defects from the rda 😉

From left to right, AU!Lyle, Lorenzo (OC), and AU!Quaritch. Likely discussing some sort of mission plans for Deja Blu's next objective... nothing to do with the image on the hologram screen. Quaritch oversees all activity by Deja Blu, mostly remaining back on base (Bridgehead) as a Brigadier general. Lyle is his aide, assisting with more minor tasks as a Sergeant Major whilst Quaritch places priority into managing SecOps and Deja Blu. 1st Lieutenant Lorenzo is Deja Blu's team leader, and despite his hatred for Quaritch, he has no choice but to follow his command as his CO. Quaritch and Lyle have avatars, both grown on Pandora within Bridgehead during the 10-year period following the success of the first Pandoran war and present day, 2164. They received their avatars via the AVTR Operative Expansion Program (OPEX).
